Where?

We meet under the Arc de Triomf. (Metro Red line Arc de Triomf stop, yellow line Urquinaona and a short walk, bus numbers 39, 40, 41, 42, 51, 120, 141, B25). You can identify me by my orange hat. We walk down together to the Ciutadella Park, where the class takes place.


How much?

Each class costs 5E per person and it’s easiest to pay at the start, please bring the correct change if possible. I also operate loyalty scheme where I give you a stamp card; for every class you do you get a stamp and the 6th class you do is free. (The card is valid for two months from the first class, not including holidays like Christmas, Easter and August).


What to wear

Wear loose, comfy clothes (preferably layers as you will get hot), a supportive bra, trainers
and a hat and sunscreen if it’s hot.

Bring water and a snack- nuts, fruit, biscuits, sandwich (the food on sale in the park is quite bad quality), you will need to top up your energy afterwards, especially if breastfeeding.

I also advise bringing a sling or baby carrier to the class. If your baby wants to be carried you can “sling” her/him and continue with the class. Don’t worry if you do not own one (although they are, in my view, essential hands-free baby equipment!), I will bring along the couple of spares I have just in case.
